Our ladies only classes follow our fundamental class structure. Technique from our curriculum followed by situational rounds to reinforced what we just learnt!

We cater all of our classes to every skill & fitness level. From beginners to advanced practitioners, everybody trains together and progresses as a team. Our classes incorporate rest rounds and technique drilling as well as live training to ensure people have enough chance to catch their breath. If you’re not comfortable with live training you don’t have to participate! Simply let the coach know and we will accomodate more drills for you.

Our coaches strive to ensure 100% safety on the mats. However, being a contact sport there is bound to be some bumps and bruises along the way. Jiu Jitsu is an amazing sport that lets you train around your injuries, let your coach know what injury you have and we will help you every step of the way.

For your first class please wear a tight fitting shirt & shorts or tights with no pockets or zips and bring a water bottle and towel! We offer the chance for our members to buy a rashguard at the gym to wear for training.

Due to the close and personal nature of Jiu Jitsu we ask that all of our members adhere to some simple hygiene standards.

We ask all members to please:
Ensure your fingernails and toe nails are trimmed. Wear shoes everywhere around the gym except the mats. Do not train whilst sick. Be wary of skin infections & open wounds. Tie up your hair as best you can. Please wear a tight fitting shirt if you do not have a rashguard.
