Whether you're looking to workout in the gym or on the mats, the coaches at Base Training Centre are highly knowledgeable and have tons of experience.   I've personally known and trained with Damien for many years now. When he said he was going open up a training centre, I knew it would be world class. If you are looking for a centre that is 100% dedicated to bringing out the best in their students, this is the place for you. The coaches at Base Training Centre are some of the best you will find.   My son has been training MMA since Dec 18. He started at a different gym. He is now training with Damien. There is a massive difference in the instruction he is provided. Damien cares about his students and spends time demonstrating and explaining to al his students individually. It is a great facility with a friendly environment. I highly recommend Base Training for anyone who wants to learn martial arts, improve their skills or get fit.
