Aches, pains and injuries causing you to take time off the mats? We are now equipped to provide physiotherapy services at Base Training Centre to ensure you are strong, healthy and back on the mat ASAP!

Mitchell Robinson

Qualifications: MSK Physiotherapist. BExSci, BPhysio, GDipDiv, APAM

With degrees in both Exercise Science and Physiotherapy, Mitchell is well equipped to treat musculoskeletal pain with evidence-based rehabilitation, including strength training and hands-on therapy. Mitch has a special interest in exercise-based interventions, enjoys staying abreast of the ever-emerging evidence base, and is passionate about educating and equipping his patients with the tools and knowledge to recover quickly and manage their own pain.

Remedial Massage

Get rid of tightness, knots and strains with remedial massage. With no GP referral needed,  remedial can often be a more timely way to deal with injuries and get back to training faster!

With many years experience working alongside some of Queensland’s elite athletes, from the Brisbane Lions, Queensland Reds and Australian Cricket; aiding in recovery, rehabilitation and performance, Krista‘s interests and passion has lead her toward concentrating on the recovery and musculoskeletal demands of Combat Athletes. Constantly up skilling with a directive to stay across the latest research, Krista utilises a repertoire of techniques based on your needs and helps formalise an educated plan to best treat your pain and restrictions, help maximise your performance and concentrates on educating her clients on self management and the need for optimal recovery.
