COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Base Training Centre is committed to providing our members the best experience possible whilst maintaining COVID-19 safe protocols and complying with QLD Health regulations.
Current covid-19 restrictions
- Check-in at front desking using QLD Health QR code.
- Stay home if you are sick. Get a COVID test before returning to the gym.

GYM ETIQUETTE
- Be respectful to coaches, classmates and guests.
- Timeliness. Arrive on time and be quick if you're off the mat.
- Listen when your coaches are talking.
- Follow coaches instructions at all times.
- Train to your partners ability.
- There are no silly questions, we are here to learn.
- Give way to higher belts.
- Notify your instructor if you need to leave the mat.

hygiene standards
- Respect general hygiene practices.
- Ensure toe & fingernails are trimmed.
- Bring multiple rashguards/shirts for different sessions.
- Do not train whilst sick.
- Wear shoes in the bathroom.
- Be wary of skin infections and open wounds.
- Tie up your hair as best you can.
- Clean your gi after every session (use antibacterial detergent).
