Chad spent 16 years in the Australian Army, seven years of which as a Physical Training Instructor. That role saw him travel to active war zones like East Timor and Afghanistan, where he was responsible for maintaining the strength and fitness of over 4,000 soldiers and support staff. Now specialising in high intensity functional training, as well as dedicated skills based/technique training, Chad is Brisbane’s premier trainer for pre-enlistment/pre-entry fitness assessments for the Army, Air Force, Navy, Police Force or Fire & Emergency Services. Chad’s goal is to ensure his clients are given the arsenal needed to smash their own goals, through education, motivation and dedication.
